AI for physical operations, since 2017

OneTrack puts AI on the floor of warehouses and factories, so the people who run them can see what happens and act on it.

Operations leaders don't lack data. They lack the time to act on it.

They don't need another tool. They need a partner.

Our vision
Make operational excellence effortless.
Our mission
Connect physical operations with digital intelligence.

Our story

  1. 2017
    Founded

Working on robotics at BMW, Marc Gyöngyösi saw production lines run to the second while warehouses searched for pallets with binoculars. He started OneTrack.

  2. 2019
    First commercial deployment

Drones gave way to AI cameras on forklifts, capturing what really happens on the floor.

  3. Safety

Every impact and near miss on video, so supervisors coach before the next incident.

  4. Productivity

The time between transactions made visible, so every site can close its gap.

  5. Quality

Every load on video, so claims are answered with evidence instead of argued.

  6. AiOn

Agentic AI across every system our clients run, from the WMS to the inbox.

  7. 2026
    Iris-1

Our first world model for industrial operations, trained on one of the largest anonymized data sets of real-world operational data.

What we know

Four ideas behind everything we build.

How we work

Everything starts with people of high integrity and high agency. No exceptions.

  • Sharp, simple solutionsSimple is what repeats and scales, and it takes work to get there.
  • Do the workInsight is earned in the field, building beside our clients.
  • Humble ownershipOutcomes before ego. No task is too small.
  • Stack small winsImprove something every day and let it compound.
  • Continuous reinventionPast success never justifies complacency.

The people behind it

Engineers, operators and builders who spend their time on real floors with our clients.
